Jefferies' Chris Wood reduces India exposure in his portfolio

Jefferies' strategist Christopher Wood trimmed his exposure to India due to the heavy positioning in artificial-intelligence trade in North Asia. India's weight in the MSCI Emerging Markets index fell to 13.1%, its lowest since March 2023. Wood reduced India's recommended weight by two percentage points, raising Taiwan and Korea's by one and two points respectively.
