Nirlon and Stylam See Stake Acquisitions by Investors

Aica Kogyo acquired a 17.1% stake in Stylam Industries from promoters for Rs 652.94 crore. Brookfield-backed BSREP IV FPI Two Holdings (DIFC) bought an additional 1.7% stake in Nirlon. Shares in Arvind SmartSpaces rose 1.98% after promoter Aura Securities acquired a 4% stake, while Yatra Online shares fell 3.82% after promoter THCL Travel Holding Cyprus sold a 1.8% stake.
