Prestige Estates invests ₹115 Cr in Bangalore metro project

Prestige Estates Projects signed a 30-year agreement with Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited to invest ₹115 crore in upgrading and co-branding Bellandur Metro station. The deal grants exclusive naming rights, commercial and ad space, and supports a PPP model to enhance connectivity in Bengaluru’s key ORR business corridor. This investment led to a 1.40 percent jump in Prestige Estates Share.
