Mindspace REIT inks ₹350 crore pre-lease with Chalet Hotels in Hyderabad

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has pre-leased a 530,000 sq. ft building in Hyderabad to Chalet Hotels Ltd for a luxury hotel project. The development, worth ₹350 crore, will be completed by end-FY28 and include a 330-room hotel and commercial space. Chalet Hotels is backed by K Raheja Corp, also the sponsor of Mindspace REIT, and will partner with KRIT for development and asset management.
