Tata Steel invests ₹2,402 crore in T Steel Holdings

Tata Steel Ltd acquired 261.90 crore equity shares of T Steel Holdings Pte for $264 million (₹2,401.50 crore). Net profit rose to ₹2,730 crore for the quarter, beating estimates. Revenue increased over 6% year-on-year to ₹57,002 crore and EBITDA margin was 14.4%. Tata Tiscon expanded and e-commerce platforms clocked a 68% rise in gross merchandise value.
