Zenex Animal Health India Pvt Ltd has acquired a majority stake in Netherlands-based VievePharm, a natural animal nutrition company. The deal strengthens Zenex's naturals portfolio and expands its presence in Western Europe. VievePharm's manufacturing facility supports over 60 customers across 25 countries, with a distribution network in the EU.
