Cipla partners with Kemwell in Middle East

Cipla Limited entered a 60:40 joint venture agreement with Kemwell Biopharma Private Limited to form a biologic product company in India. The JV will initially invest up to ₹10 crore. Separately, Cipla's UK subsidiary incorporated a new unit in Saudi Arabia. Cipla's Q3 FY26 net profit fell 57% to ₹675.8 crore and EBITDA declined 36.7%.
