UltraTech to buy 26% stake in Sunsure Solarpark Thirty Eight

UltraTech Cement will acquire a 26.20% stake in Sunsure Solarpark Thirty Eight Private Limited for up to ₹6.72 crore to meet green energy needs, optimise energy costs, and comply with regulatory requirements. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 120 days. In another development, Jayant Dua will become Managing Director from April 1, 2026.
