Tech Mahindra Faces Delays in Issuing Offer Letters for 1,000 Freshers

Over 1,000 engineering graduates selected by Tech Mahindra in 2025 are yet to receive offer letters as the firm slows fresher hiring amid a macroeconomic slowdown. The company is deferring onboarding to improve margins and utilisation under its turnaround plan until FY27. Similar delays have occurred at Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys.
