upGrad acquires Unacademy in all-stock transaction.

upGrad and Unacademy have signed a term sheet for upGrad to acquire Unacademy in a 100% share-swap deal, expected to close in 2-3 months after regulatory approvals, with Gaurav Munjal staying as Unacademy's CEO. The companies won't disclose valuation until the deal closes, lower than the previously reported $300-400 million. Unacademy's peak valuation was $3.4 billion in 2021.
