Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., and Bristol Myers Squibb Company. Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts. On September 29, 2023, Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. along with its affiliate, a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
