Company Information DELISTED - Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. is a healthcare services company, serving principally the senior population. The Company operates in three segments: inpatient services, rehabilitation therapy services, and medical staffing services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated 165 skilled nursing centers, 14 combined skilled nursing, assisted and independent living centers, 10 assisted living centers, two independent living centers and eight mental health centers with an aggregate of 22,860 licensed beds in 25 states through SunBridge Healthcare, LLC and other subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2011, SunDance Rehabilitation Corporation (SunDance) provides rehabilitation therapy services to affiliated and non-affiliated centers in 36 states; CareerStaff Unlimited, Inc. (CareerStaff) provides medical staffing services in 40 states, and SolAmor Hospice Corporation (SolAmor) provides hospice services in 11 states. On December 1, 2012, the Genesis HealthCare (Genesis) acquired the Company.
