Another chemical manufacturing company from the state of Gujarat, Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem was incorporated in 1996. The primary business of the company is the manufacture of specialty chemicals such as phase transfer catalysts (PTCs), intermediates, and structure directing agents (SDAs).

The products that the company manufactures are widely used in a number of industries such as petroleum, automotive, agriculture, pharmaceutical, paints and coatings, and even personal care. In addition to distributing its products in India, Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem also exports them to countries such as South Africa, USA, Germany, China, and the United Kingdom.

And as for the OFS component, equity shares worth around Rs. 275 crores are likely to be sold through this issue, bringing the total issue size of the IPO to Rs. 500 crores.

The company has also notified the IPO price band in a press release. The price band would be Rs. 1073 to Rs. 1083 per equity share.

Since it is a mainboard IPO, the shares of the company would be listed on both the NSE as well as the BSE.

The company is looking to use the net proceeds from the IPO for the following objectives.

1.For funding the upgradation of its R&D facilities in the Vadodara manufacturing plant
2. For funding the expansion of its manufacturing facility in Dahej
3. For meeting general corporate expenses
