Company have in the EGM held on October 17, 2005 approved the stock-split / sub-division of the Company's Ordinary equity shares of Rs.10/- each into 5 ordinary equity shares of Rs.2/- each. The Company has further informed that for Sub-division of the ordinary equity shares of the Company and for the determining the name(s)of the shareholder(s) who are entitled to the
ordinary equity shares of Rs.2/- each in lieu of the ordinary equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company held by them, November 08, 2005 has been fixed as the Record Date.
