About Beardsell Ltd
Incorporated in 1936, the Madras based Beardsell Ltd, are a diversified group engaged in the manufacture of different industrial products serving various customer segments. The Company presently has 7 manufacturing units across India and branches in all the major cities. There are multi-disciplinary teams consisting of experienced professional managers, project engineers, production technologists and R&D personnel at its various branches. The Company is a prominent manufacturer and supplier of Expanded Polystyrene products, popularly known as thermocole and Prefabricated Buildings that have wide industrial applications. The Company also undertakes erection, commissioning and maintenance works in the field of hot and cold insulation solutions. It has major manufacturing facilities in Thane, Chennai, Hyderabad, Karad, Malur and Hapur and branches with geographical spread across India. In addition, it has trading operations in domestic and international market. The Company`s Pharma Division are the leading turnkey solution provider of pharma clean rooms in India. They have the structural strength to resist the positive air pressure maintained inside the rooms. Thermal insulation is maintained. Pass-boxes, view-panels, doors are fit flush with the panels to eliminate dust accumulation. Electronics and semiconductor clean room facilities specialized clean room enclosures are critical to the operation of the semiconductor facility. Clean rooms built with Isobuild panels minimize the introduction, generation and retention of particulate matter. GRP is completely chemically inert even with highly corrosive chemicals. At the same time, it retains its structural strength and fire-retardant properties. Chemical processing and other specialty clean rooms require an inert and corrosion-resistant enclosure. Their graphite-reinforced plastic (GRP) laminated panels provide the ideal building block for such a requirement. GRP is completely chemically inert even with highly corrosive chemicals.
