The majority of the public issues have been from the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment, with some significant contributions from mainboard companies. As of now, in the month of December 2022, there’s one company from the SME segment that is well on its way to issuing its shares to the public.

1. Arham Technologies Limited

Established recently in 2013, Arham Technologies is in the business of manufacturing household appliances and LED televisions. The company markets the products that it manufactures under the ‘STARSHINE’ brand. Apart from manufacturing its own products, the company also uses its manufacturing prowess and facilities to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) services to other brands as well.

Through its latest IPO, the company is planning to issue 22,80,000 fresh equity shares at a price of Rs. 42 per share. This puts the total issue size to around Rs. 9.58 crores. The shares issued by the entity are proposed to be listed on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange.

2. SBFC Finance Limited

A Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) established in the year 2008, SBFC Finance Limited is in the business of offering loans and various other credit facilities to both individuals and corporations. Secured MSME loans and gold loans are two of the most popular products of SBFC Finance.

The entire issue size of the company’s upcoming IPO 2023 comes up to around Rs. 1600 crores. Out of this, around Rs. 750 crores has been proposed to come from a fresh issue of shares, whereas the remaining Rs. 850 crores would come from an Offer for Sale (OFS) from the company’s promoters.

3. Airox Technologies Limited

Incorporated in 2012, Airox Technologies is a leading entity in the field of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation. The company is involved in the business of manufacturing various types of oxygen generators. Airox technologies has an unassailable market share of about 50 to 55% in the private hospital PSA oxygen market.

The upcoming IPO of the company is a full-on OFS (Offer For Sale) from the company’s promoters. The total size of the public issue is likely to be around Rs. 750 crores, with no information on the number of shares being issued.

4. IKIO Lighting Limited

IKIO Lighting was founded in 2013 and has been in the business of manufacturing various LED lighting solutions. The company’s primary focus is on being an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM). In addition to LED lighting systems, the entity also manufactures refrigeration lights and ABS piping as well.

According to the DRHP filed by the company, its latest IPO is a mix of both a fresh issue of shares as well as an Offer for Sale from its promoters. The fresh issue is likely to net the company around Rs. 350 crores, whereas through the OFS component, the promoters are looking to offload around 75,00,000 equity shares.

5. Motisons Jewellers Limited

Established in 1997, Motisons Jewellers is one of the leading retailers in the jewellery industry. The company is involved in the manufacture and sale of gold and diamond jewellery in addition to various other precious metals and semi-precious stones. The company’s upcoming IPO consists of a fresh issue of shares to the tune of 3,34,71,000 equity shares. The price of the IPO and the total issue size is not known as of now.

6. IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Limited

Incorporated in 2008, IndiaFirst Life Insurance is one of the many private life insurance companies in India. The entity is fast-growing and has managed to register a growth of 27.3% (CAGR), which is the highest among life insurance companies with PSU bank parentage.

The company’s latest IPO is slated to generate around Rs. 500 crores via the sale of fresh equity shares. Meanwhile, the promoters of the company are looking to offload 14,12,99,422 equity shares via an Offer For Sale (OFS).
