Coforge Ltd. has launched an Open Offer to acquire an additional 26% stake from the public shareholders of Cigniti Technologies Ltd., it said in an exchange filing. The company intends to acquire up to 71.62 lakh equity shares of face value of ₹10 each with an intention to acquire control of Cigniti Technologies.
