Nifty needs to give decisive close above 22,300 for further upward journey
Bulls continued to hold the fort for three days in a row despite fight with bears during the day on May 14. The Nifty 50 moved closer to 22,300 zone, which can be an immediate resistance for the index, followed by 22,500-22,600 levels, while the 22,000-21,900 zone is likely to be key support area for the index for the coming sessions but one should keep an eye on India VIX.

✅Sensex surges 328 points at the Close; Nifty near 22,200
✅ Amid positive global cues, benchmark indices closed on a positive note today.
📢 At 3:30 PM, the Sensex improved by 328.48 points or 0.45% at 73,104.61, and the Nifty was up 113.80 points or 0.51% at 22,217.85.
📊Among sectoral, Nifty Metal (⬆️2.77%) turned out to be the best performer while Nifty FMCG (⬇️0.52%) saw considerable selling.

Investors 'most bullish' since Nov 2021 - BofA survey
Expectations over interest rate cuts rather than earnings optimism has made investors the  most bullish  since November 2021, Bank of America's monthly fund manager survey for May showed on Tuesday. The survey of global fund managers with $562 billion in asset under management found 82% expect the first by the rate cut by the Federal Reserve in the second half.

Mid-day Mood | Auto stocks propel indices higher; broader market outperform
BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty 50 extended the previous session's gains with automobile and energy stocks leading the gains. However, concerns about the results of the ongoing general elections still persist. The broader market outperformed the benchmarks with BSE Midcap rising 0.7 percent and BSE Smallcap gaining 1.4 percent.At 11:42 am, the Sensex was up 221 points or 0.3 percent at 72,998.
