IndiGo announces special bonus for staff
In a sign of positive sentiment for Indian aviation industry, India's largest airline IndiGo has announced a one-time special bonus for its employees. It said that it will process a one-time special bonus amounting to around 1.5 months of basic salary, as per a communication sent to IndiGo staff. This amount will be disbursed to employees, along with the salary for May as an ex-gratia sum.

KPR Mill Consolidated March 2024 Net Sales at Rs 1,696.72 crore
Reported Consolidated quarterly numbers for KPR Mill are: Net Sales at Rs 1,696.72 crore in March 2024 down 12.97% from Rs. 1,949.66 crore in March 2023. Quarterly Net Profit at Rs. 213.61 crore in March 2024 up 1.94% from Rs. 209.55 crore in March 2023. EBITDA is at Rs. 346.96 crore in March 2024 up 5.56% from Rs. 328.67 crore in March 2023. KPR Mill EPS has increased to Rs. 6.25 in March 2024.

Adani Green gets $400 mn financing from international banks
Adani Green Energy on May 2 announced $400-million financing for its under-construction 750-MW solar projects in Rajasthan and Gujarat by a consortium of five leading international banks. It will provide financing for projects that are expected to come online from November this year. One of the projects is being developed in Rajasthan with 500-MW capacity and has a long-term PPA with SECI.
