Nifty bulls using every dip to go long. What traders should do on Friday?
The short-term trend of Nifty is choppy with range-bound action. Any upside from here could encounter strong resistance around 22,800 levels. Immediate support is at 22,550 levels and a slide below the support could trigger some more weakness ahead, Nagaraj Shetti of HDFC Securities said. Technical View: Nifty may consolidate further with support at 22,500
The Nifty 50 has seen consolidation throughout session after the US Federal Reserve, as expected, maintained benchmark interest rates at 5.25-5.5 percent, and closed moderately higher on May 2. The consolidation is expected to continue further with immediate support at 22,500 level, but overall, the bullish undertone remains unchanged, hence traders are advised to continue with buy on dips.

📢 At 3:30 PM, the Sensex gained 128.33 points or 0.17% at 74,611.11, and the Nifty was higher by 43.35 points or 0.19% at 22,648.20.
📊Among sectoral, Nifty Auto(⬆️1.13%) turned out to be the best performer while Nifty Bank(⬇️0.34%) saw considerable selling.

Can Nifty 50 climb to 23K this week after US Fed downplaying rate hike buzz
Indian stock market today: Global equities witnessed a strong rebound after the US Fed meeting, which signaled a willingness to go for a rate cut once there is an ease in the inflation concerns. On Dalal Street, the frontline Indian indices and broad market witnessed buying interest during morning deals, which are still underway. However, the Nifty 50 index is somehow not able to breach.

📢 Indiamart Intermesh (⬆️4.15%), Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company (⬆️3.73%) and Hindustan Petroleum (⬆️3.54%) appeared as the top performers on the Nifty50 at open.
