We are please to inform that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 11th August, 2023 through Video Conference/ Other Audio Visual Means. In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) regulations 2015, the record date for determining the Shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend, subject to the shareholder''s approval at the ensuing AGM will be Friday, 4th August, 2023.
