In continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20200313-12 dtd. 13.03.2020, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, Arvind Fashions Limited has now informed that that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 21, 2020, has revised the Issue size up to Rs. 399.79 Crores from existing Rs. 299.64 Crores and approved to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 62:91, i.e 62 Equity Shares for every 91 Equity Shares held at an Issue Price of Rs. 100/- (earlier Rs.150/-) per Equity Share (including premium of Rs. 96/- (earlier Rs.146/-)per Equity Share). Further, company has informed that the Record date for the purpose of Rights Issue of Equity Shares remains unchanged i.e. 18/03/2020.
In view of the above the contents in the purpose column of aforesaid Exchange Notice dated 13.03.2020 should now read as follows:
