Pursuant to Regulation 42(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 25.1.2021 (today), have fixed Monday, 15th February, 2021 as Record Date to ascertain the name of the shareholders entitled for sub-division of 1 (one) Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- (ten) each fully paid up into Equity Shares of Rs.5/- (five) each fully paid up, resulting in issuance of 2 (two) Equity Shares of Rs.5/- (five) each fully paid up, thereby keeping the paid up capital intact.
In continuation to our earlier communication no.
