These options were granted at the exercise price of Rs 124 each being the 'market price' in terms of SEBI (ESOS and ESPS) Guidelines 1999. Thus the number of stock options granted on April 30, 2007 was 380,000. The number of 450,000 refers to the total number of options available under this scheme.
