Further to our letter dated 10th June, 2020, this is to inform that with regard to the 140th Annual General Meeting of the Company which was earlier scheduled to be held on 9th July 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company have announced that the AGM is now re-scheduled and will be held on Wednesday, 15th July, 2020 at 11 a.m. through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Video Means ('VC/ OAVM') facility.
Due to the change of the date of AGM, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will now be closed for the purpose of dividend from Friday, 10th July, 2020 to Wednesday, 15th July, 2020, both days inclusive, instead of the earlier dates mentioned in our letter dated 10th June, 2020.
You are requested to take note of the re-scheduled date of AGM and re-scheduled dates of book-closure for dividend as given above.
