Consequently, the Basic and Diluted EPS has been restated on the basis of new number of Equity Shares i.e. 416,032,740 equity shares as required by Accounting Standard (AS 20) on Earnings Per Share, prescribed by ICAI. In view of the above, the Company has confirm that the Face Value of Equity shares of the Company as mentioned under Point No. 18 is Re. 1/- each and resubmit the revised results with the changes mentioned in above.
