Now the Company has received the letter dated March 05, 2010 from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, conveying the approval of the Central Government to the proposal of the company for withdrawing an amount of Rs. 561.56 crores from the accumulated profit / reserves earned by it in the previous years and transferred to the Free Reserves of the Company for declaring Dividend at a rate of 1000% per equity share of the paid-up value of Rupees ten to its shareholders amounting to Rs. 561.56 crores.
The Board of Directors shall consider inter-alia, the proposal for declaration of Special Interim Dividend - 2009-2010 in its Board Meeting scheduled to be held on March 23, 2010.'
