Further, pursuant to the provision of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, September 22, 2023 to Friday, September 29, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and payment of final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2023
