Intimation of Record Date We refer to our earlier letter dated 13.08.2019 regarding the declaration of postal ballot results of the Company. In this regard, pursuant to Regulation 42 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (LODR), the Company has fixed Tuesday, 27th August, 2019 as the Record Date for sub-division/Splits of each equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each into 2 equity shares of Rs.5/- each.
