Sub-division Ratio 1:5 i.e. existing One (1) Equity Share of the Company having face value of Rs. 50/- each, fully paid-up, will be sub-divided into Five (5) Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid-up. Pursuant to the Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Board of Directors has fixed Friday, November 24, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of sub-division of equity shares of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 03.11.2023) Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that RAVALGAON SUGAR FARM LTD has fixed Record Date for the purpose of Sub-Division of the Equity Shares of the Company :- DEMATERIALISED SECURITIES - ROLLING SETTLEMENT SEGMENT COMPANY NAME & CODE RAVALGAON SUGAR FARM LTD. (507300) RECORD DATE 24.11.2023 PURPOSE Subdivision of existing Equity Shares from One Equity Share of Rs.50/- each into Five Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. SUB-DIVIDED PAID-UP VALUE Rs.10/- SUB-DIVIDED PAID-UP VALUE W.E.F. 24/11/2023 DR-662/2023-2024 Note: - i. ISIN No. INE615A01017 of Rs. 50/- paid up will not be valid for transactions done on the Exchange on or after 24/11/2023. ii.
