Alteration of Capital Clause pursuant to sub-division of equity shares;
Notice, Date and venue of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for the purpose of Sub-division of shares of the Company.
The Board has approved the Sub-division of each equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) fully paid up into 2 (two) equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) each fully paid up as per Section 61(1) (d) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules issued thereunder, subject to approval of members of the Company.
Please be informed that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Wednesday 12-02-2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of Sub-division of the equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each into face value of Rs. 5/- each.
