Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 12.00 pm through video conference approved in-principle the proposal for Sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company, such that 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company shall be sub-divided into 5 (Five) equity shares of nominal value of Rs. 2/- each and consequent alteration to Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company. Aforesaid shall be subject to requisite regulatory/statutory approvals including approval of the shareholders of the Company. Relevant details in connection with proposed Sub-division is enclosed as Annexure 1 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 19.10.2022) Pursuant to Regulation 42 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company has fixed Friday, December 16, 2022 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of sub-division of one (1) equity shares having face value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each into 5 (Five) equity shares of nominal value of Rs. 2/- each in the share capital of the Company as approved by the shareholder at the Extra- Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday December 03, 2022 (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 05/12/2022) Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that S & T Corporation Limited, has fixed Record Date for the purpose of Sub-division of the Equity Shares of the Company :- DEMATERIALISED SECURITIES - ROLLING SETTLEMENT SEGMENT COMPANY NAME & CODE S & T Corporation Limited (514197) RECORD DATE 16.12.2022 PURPOSE Subdivision of existing Equity Shares from One Equity Share of Rs.10/- each into Five Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
