Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 12.00 pm through video conference approved in-principle the proposal for Sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company, such that 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company shall be sub-divided into 5 (Five) equity shares of nominal value of Rs. 2/- each and consequent alteration to Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company. Aforesaid shall be subject to requisite regulatory/statutory approvals including approval of the shareholders of the Company.
