(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 20/01/2009) Sarang Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 20, 2009, inter alia, have discussed / approved the following: Sub-division of the face value of Equity shares from Rs 10/- per share to Re 1/- per share: The said resolution was passed as an Ordinary Resolution and members of the Company have approved to sub-divide the face value of the Equity shares of the Company from Rs 10/- each to Re 1/- each.
