In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, February 11, 2022 as the 'Record Date', for the purpose of sub- division of Company''s 1 (one) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each into 10(ten) equity shares of face value of Rs 1/-each, subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot (including e-voting) in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. You are requested to take the above information on record. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/12/2021) 1.) The members through a special resolution have considered and approved Split/sub-division of Nominal Value of 1(one) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each into 10(Ten) Equity Shares of Rs. 1/( Rupee One Only) each and the consequent amendment to the Memorandum of Association of the Company . In accordance with the said Report, the members of the Company have approved Special Resolutions as embodied in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 20th December, 2021 with requisite majority. 2.) The Company has fixed Record date for Split/Sub-division of Nominal value will be Friday 11th February 2022 which was intimated earlier in our letter dated 29.12.2021.
