The certified true copy of the aforesaid Order dated 3rd March, 2023, is received by us on 9th March, 2023 is attached herewith as 'Annexure-A' (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 10.03.2023) Record date for Consolidation of Equity shares of the Company (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 10.05.2023) Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that SIMPLEX MILLS COMPANY LIMITED has fixed the Record Date for the purpose of Consolidation of the Equity Shares of the Company.
