In view of the above, we are pleased to inform you that the NCLT, Mumbai bench -IV vide its Order dated 24th March, 2023 has approved the aforesaid consolidation of equity shares of the Company to Rs 1000/- per equity share from Rs. 10 per equity shares. The certified true copy of the aforesaid Order dated 24th March, 2023, is received by us on 28th March, 2023 is attached herewith. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 29.03.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Friday, the 26th May, 2023 as the 'Record Date' for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of consolidation of the equity shares of the Company (100 fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each into 1 fully paid up equity share of face value of Rs. 1000/- each). (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 10.05.2023) Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that SIMPLEX PAPERS LTD. has fixed the Record Date for the purpose of Consolidation of the equity shares of the company.
