With regard to the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 26, 2016, V-Guard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company have approved the alteration of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, for effecting the sub division of equity shares from face value of Rs. 10/- per share to face value of Re. 1/- per share and also the increase in the Authorized Share Capital from Rs. 35 crores to Rs. 40 crores.
