Board Meeting Outcome for Withdrawal Of Record Date For The Purpose Of Sub-Division Of Equity Shares
The Company vide its letter dated August 18, 2021 had informed the Exchanges that the Record Date for the purpose of dividend and sub-division of equity shares of the Company is fixed as Saturday, September 11, 2021 and the register of members and the share transfer books of the Company shall be closed for the said purpose from Saturday, September 11, 2021 to Saturday, September 18, 2021.
However, as suggested by the BSE Limited, the Record Date and Book Closure for the purpose of Sub-Division of Equity Shares of the Company shall be fixed by the Board of Directors only after seeking approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company.
Accordingly, the intimation given by the Company in respect of the Sub-Division of Equity Shares of the Company, the above mentioned Record Date and Book Closure dates, shall stand withdrawn.
However, the above mentioned Record Date and Book Closure dates shall continue in respect of the AGM/Dividend.
