COMPANY NAME CODE Ventura Textiles Ltd. 516098 BOOK CLOSURE 20/09/2007 to 24/09/2007 NO DEALINGS FROM 13/09/2007 DR-117/2007- 2008 PURPOSE Reduction & Consolidation of Share Capital: The Equity Share Capital of the company shall be reduced by cancellation of 75% of the Company's Equity Share Capital and thereafter consolidate the face value of Re.1/- each to face value of Rs.10/- each, resulting in reduction and consolidation of the existing equity share capital of the company from Rs.34,70,54,260/- divided into 34,70,54,260 equity shares of Re.1/- each to Rs.8,67,63,570/- divided into 86,76,357 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. i.e. Shareholders holding 100 equity shares of Re.1/- each will be reduced to 100 Equity Shares of Face Value of Re.0.25/- each per share.
