Godrej Consumer declares dividend of ₹10 per share
Fast-moving consumer goods major Godrej Consumer Products on Monday (May 6) reported a net loss of ₹1,893.2 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2024. In the corresponding quarter, Godrej Consumer Products posted a net profit of ₹452 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The board has declared an interim dividend of ₹10 per share for the financial year 2024-25.

Gujarat Gas declares dividend of ₹5.66/share as Q4 numbers beat estimates
State-owned Gujarat Gas  Ltd on Monday (May 6) reported an 11% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit at ₹409.5 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2024, due to a reduction in spot gas prices and an increase in volumes. In the corresponding quarter, Gujarat Gas Company posted a net profit of ₹369.22 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.

LTIMindtree gets GST demand worth Rs 155 crore from Maharashtra
Technology consulting company LTIMindtree has said that it will be contesting a tax demand order worth Rs 155.7 crore - inclusive of penalty and interest charges - received from the GST Department of the state of Maharashtra, according to a filing submitted to the stock exchanges on May 6.The order under Section 73 of Maharashtra GST Act 2017 has been raised for the financial year 2018-19.
