Bajaj Finance exploring options to list its housing finance arm
Bajaj Finance has posted a net profit of Rs. 3,402 crore for the quarter ended March 2024, which is a 20% increase over Rs 2,837 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company has proposed a dividend of Rs. 36 per share (1800%) subject to shareholder approval. The company’s consolidated net profit rose by 21% to Rs. 3,825 crore.
