Paytm shares fall 5% after COO Bhavesh Gupta resigns
Shares of One 97 Communications, which runs Paytm, fell 5% to the day’s low of Rs 351.70 on Monday after the company informed the exchanges about the resignation of Bhavesh Gupta, COO and President of Paytm.“The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2024, took note of the resignation tendered by Mr. Bhavesh Gupta, President".

Angel One shares fall as client acquisition slows
Brokerage firm Angel One Ltd.'s gross client acquisition declined on a month-on-month basis in April, marking the fourth consecutive month of such a decline. Angel One acquired 7.6 lakh new clients in April, down from the 8.4 lakh clients it acquired in March. That is a 10.2% decline on a month-on-month basis. Angel One's gross client acquisition had declined 16.8% in March, 1.7% in February.
