Public issue of 50,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each issued for cash at a premium of Rs.2/- per share aggregating to Rs.6.00 Crores (hereinafter reffered to as the 'issue') by Allied Computers International (Asia) Limited (the 'company' or 'issuer'). The net issue to the public would constitute 26.31% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.The issue price of Rs.12/- per equity share is 1.2 times of the face value.
