The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue to public will be 52,74,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for cash ata price of Rs. 36.00 per equity share, aggregating Rs.18.99 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the net issue.
