Public offer of 44,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Gujarat Hy-Spin Limited (The Company or the The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share (The Offer Price), aggregating Rs. 4.45 crores (The Offer) through an offer for sale by the promoters, Maganlal Parvadiya and Chandulal Parvadia (The selling shareholders), of which 2,30,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 0.23 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (The market maker reservation portion). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 42,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 4.22 crores is hereinafter refered to as the Net Offer. The offer and the net offer will constitute 26.57% and 25.19% respectively of the fully diluted post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each and the offer price of Rs. 10 is 1 times of the face value of the equity shares.
