Public offer of 15,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (equity shares) of Uravi T and Wedge Lamps Limited (UVAL or the company) for cash at a price of Rs. 100 per share (the offer price), aggregating to Rs. 15.00 crores (the offer) consisting of fresh issue of 5,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 5.00 crores and an offer for sale of 10,00,000 equity shares by the promoters and promoters group selling shareholders aggregating to Rs. 10.00 crores (offer for sale), of which upto 79,200 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the offer (the market maker reservation portion). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Offer of upto 14,20,800 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the net offer. The offer and the net offer will constitute 27.27% and upto 25.83%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.The Face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 and the offer price is 10 times of the face value.
