Public issue of 33,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of Western Agro-Tech Innovative Limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at par, aggregating Rs. 3.30 crores (the issue), of which 165000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by the market makers to the issue (the market maker reservation portion). The issue less market maker reservattion portion i.e. Issue of 3135000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at par aggregating Rs. 3.14 crores is hereinafter refered to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.36% and 25.04% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
